Well what can I say? I have 1 year left at college for my current degree and soon I get to start looking for a full on "career." I honestly can't say I am looking forward to that, but I can say I am looking forward to getting out of school!

My life has been pretty uneventful since the last journal update... although I did blow up my '91 Buick Regal with the 3800 V6.   Oh how I miss that car, but I did get a newish 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix so not all is lost. But I will be paying it off for the next 4 years so that kinda sucks. I have been pretty much working, eating, and sleeping for the last couple years. I can't find the time to work out like I used to and it is beginning to show.

But I do have big-ish things planned for the end of this summer though! I have a family vacation to Colorado coming up! I bought a Helmet cam just for the occasion because we are going to go Kayaking at some time on the trip. I also hope to do a little 4-wheelin' if at all possible. I also hope to get some video of me screwin around on my ATV. I also have something that I have decided to call Zombiethon going on at my house just before the trip. It is a zombie movie marathon that me and a bunch of my friends will be watching on a 90" screen with surround sound and everything. You know the works!

I can't wait to move out of my parents house though... I am hoping that once I have a full blown job I might actually be able to afford a small house and a big garage. Don't need much of a house really, just more of a home base. My dream has always been to get out and DO SOMETHING!!! I can't do that in Peoria, IL! I've always wanted to climb a mountain, or Race a car or 4 wheeler. But I can't do any of that where I live without getting yelled at or arrested... or both. All I can do is lay around the house playing games and waiting for tomorrow to come so I can go to work and do all over again. I can't say that I am complaining because I am happy, just oh so very bored. I know that I will eventually get to live out my dream, but till then I just have to work towards it.
